We contact the candidates whose skills and qualifications best fit the job requirement profiles and invite them to a first interview with the department supervisor.
It is very important for us that candidates, superiors and the Personnel Department get to know one another as much as possible. For this reason, if the outcome of the initial interview is favorable, we always conduct a second interview in which an employee of the Human Resources Department also participates.
